BIOMAValéria Alleoni

Web design for a hair salon · Hair spa and scalp care · Downtown Piracicaba, Brazil2026

In 2021 Valéria Alleoni did not refurbish her salon: she changed category. After more than 45 years working in Piracicaba, she turned the business into the first Bioma Salon in Brazil and the city’s first natural hair spa, in partnership with Laces and Hair and the healthy-hair philosophy of cosmetologist Cris Dios.

L’Atelier 54 handled the web design and development. The challenge was not showing a beautiful salon, photography does that on its own. It was explaining, to people who have never heard the words hair spa, what happens inside, why it costs what it costs and why there is nothing like it in Piracicaba.

Web design for a hair salon: when the service is new, the site teaches before it sells

An ordinary salon is chosen by word of mouth and Instagram. A hair spa is not: the words are still new to people searching, and nobody books what they do not understand. So the web design for this hair salon started at the cover, which settles it in two lines: “The 1st Bioma Salon in Brazil. The 1st natural hair spa in Piracicaba.”

Right below, Valéria speaks in the first person. In a service sold on trust, the person is the product, and after 45 years serving the same city she is the strongest argument this site has.

A hair spa website: 70+ services without turning into a price list

There are more than 10 rituals and 20 treatments: candle therapy, detox day, scalp therapy, booster pro, restorative cutting, botanical colour. In a single list, the hair spa website would read as a table, and a table makes people compare on price instead of on result.

So the home page opens into two doors: Hair Salon on one side, Hair Spa on the other. Every ritual got a name, one sentence on what it does and what it includes, and that is what justifies the price before anyone asks for it.

Web design in Piracicaba: the site does not close the sale, it opens the conversation

The whole page asks for one thing: book the hair diagnosis, which is free. It is the easiest request to accept, and it is what gets someone into the chair, where the team recommends the right ritual.

The footer holds the second path: leave a name, a phone number and an email and get the full menu on WhatsApp. Whoever leaves without an appointment leaves a contact instead, and that is what separates a hair salon website from an online business card.
