Days 1–2
Briefing & Goal
Who is in the room, how long you have and what decision has to come out of it. Raw content on the table — text, spreadsheet, PDF, whatever exists. Delivered: the goal and the core message, defined.
Presentations
We do professional presentation design — pitch decks, sales presentations, reports and PowerPoint templates. Script, design and data working together so your idea is understood the first time and remembered the week after.
More than 150 decks delivered — from board meetings to the pitch that raised investment

Nobody decides because of a beautiful slide. They decide because they understood — and understood fast.

Days 1–2
Who is in the room, how long you have and what decision has to come out of it. Raw content on the table — text, spreadsheet, PDF, whatever exists. Delivered: the goal and the core message, defined.
Days 3–5
We reorganise the content into a story with a beginning, a tension and a resolution: one slide, one idea. We cut what gets in the way and strengthen the argument. Delivered: an approved slide-by-slide script.
Days 6–10
Every slide designed in your brand’s identity, with clear hierarchy, readable charts and infographics that explain themselves. Delivered: the full presentation for review.
Days 11–12
Final review, discreet animation, a version to project and a version to email. Delivered: the editable file, a PDF and guidance on how to present it.
What we create
Presenting to an investor is not the same as presenting to a client or to the board. We decide the format before drawing the first slide.

The presentation that opens the door with an investor, a panel or a board: problem, solution, market and numbers in the order that convinces.

A proposal, a company overview or a product deck — built to be read in the meeting and forwarded afterwards without losing its force.

A library of slides in your brand’s style, so the team can build new presentations without wrecking the layout.
Included
No basic package, no “that costs extra”. Everything below goes into every presentation that leaves the studio.
The narrative comes first: we define the message of each slide before drawing anything.
Your brand’s colors, typography and graphic elements — and if it does not have them yet, we sort that out together.
Data turned into images you understand in three seconds, with no unreadable table projected on the wall.
Native PowerPoint, Google Slides or Keynote — no slides flattened into images, so you keep editing afterwards.
A lean one to project in the room and a fuller one to send by email.
Image curation, icons in a single style and retouching of the photos you already have.
Movement in service of the argument — enough to guide the eye, never to distract.
Speaker notes and delivery tips, so you know what to say on every slide.

You receive the editable file, so the presentation keeps working long after the meeting that prompted it.

It depends on the number of slides, the volume of data and how much content is already written. A 15-slide deck with an approved script is very different from a 60-slide presentation with charts and infographics. After the briefing you receive a fixed proposal, with scope, timeline and price.
The average is 12 days, from briefing to final file. Short, urgent decks can be done in up to 5 working days, and there is a rush option for when the meeting is the day after tomorrow — just say so when you ask.
Because the problem is almost never the tool: it is the order of the ideas. Most presentations fail through excess — fifteen lines on a slide, a chart nobody reads, the right information at the wrong moment.
Our work starts with the script: one idea per slide, clear hierarchy and data drawn to be understood in seconds. The design comes after, to strengthen the argument — not to decorate it.
You can, and that is the rule of the house: we hand over the native, fully editable file in PowerPoint, Google Slides or Keynote — never a slide flattened into an image. You also receive the fonts used (or safe substitutes) and a PDF for sending.
We do. The pitch deck follows the structure funds and panels expect to find — problem, solution, market, product, traction, business model, team and ask — with every number presented so it holds up in the conversation that follows.
We also prepare the send-ahead version, with more explanation, for when the deck arrives before you do.
Yes. We deliver a library of master slides in your brand’s style: covers, dividers, text layouts, tables, charts and closing slides. The team builds new presentations by dragging ready-made blocks, without breaking the layout or inventing a new color.
We make practically every kind of corporate deck:
We do. The whole process — briefing, approvals and delivery — happens remotely, with companies across Brazil and abroad.
We also produce bilingual decks for businesses presenting in Portugal, the United States and Europe.
