JEFERSON
VAN DEN BERGE

Web design for a dentist · Dental practice website in three languages · Luxembourg2025

Web design for a dentist usually ends up as two things: a stock-photo smile and a list of procedures. Patients, however, decide on a different question: can I trust this person? Jeferson Van den Berge practises in Limpertsberg, in Luxembourg, with oral rehabilitation, implants, laser dentistry and invisible orthodontics, and speaks to his patients in French, English, Spanish and Portuguese.

The site was built by L’Atelier 54, which had already made the same trip for photographer Gert Rudolf, in Austria. This is one more web design project for a dental practice built from Brazil, live at jef.lu, in English, Portuguese and French, with online booking connected to Doctena.

Web design for a dentist: patients decide before they call

Someone looking for a new dentist in another country has no neighbour to ask. They have Google, the website and the usual question: will I feel safe in that chair? The cover of Jef’s site answers it straight: his name in large letters, a photo of him at work behind it and a single invitation, book through Doctena.

Right below, a white card rises over the cover with three numbers: more than 11 years of experience, 4 languages of care and more than 150 positive reviews. Then come the three pillars of the practice (personalised care, technology and a multilingual team) and the “Who is Jeferson Van den Berge?” section, with a photo and his training. It is the site making the introduction before the first appointment.

A dental practice website: six treatments, three languages and a patient in a hurry

Luxembourg is a small, multilingual country where many people live and work outside the language they were born into. A site in French alone would leave half the patients out, and one in English alone would do the same to the other half. Jef’s site comes in English, Portuguese and French, with a switcher at the top, and the form already asks the reason for the visit so each message arrives with context.

The six treatments (oral rehabilitation and aesthetics, implants, laser, invisible orthodontics, cleaning and prevention, and TMD) became a carousel of cards with real photos of the practice, not stock images. Between them sits the “Schedule your visit” band with two buttons, Doctena and WhatsApp, for those who would rather chat than fill in a form.

Web design for a client abroad: from Brazil to Luxembourg

The page closes with patient testimonials (name and month on each), oral health tips, an FAQ with the five questions every patient asks (how laser treatment works, how long implants last, whether it hurts, how to book, how long recovery takes) and the map to the practice. The footer carries the studio’s credit, with a link.

A client in Luxembourg, a studio in Brazil, and no agency meeting in between. It was a web design project for a client abroad from brief to launch, all of it remote, and proof that a time zone is no obstacle to a site that works.

How the project came together

Two countries, three languages.

Jeferson Van den Berge’s website was built by L’Atelier 54 in Brazil and serves patients in Luxembourg in English, Portuguese and French. This is how the studio works with clients abroad: the brief, the design and the delivery all happen online, in any time zone.
